Due to the financial obligations incurred, the
following policy will be applied when contirmed training booking is
cancelled:
1. Refund of 100% of the due amount if training is cancelled by BTC.
2. Refund of 70% if customer ccancells within more than 3 weeks from
the date of start of the course.
3. refund of 50% if customer cancelled within 1 to 3 weeks from the
course start date.
4. no refund if cancellation occurs less than a week form the start
date or in case of non-attendance.
